Lexington is a growing business-centers company. We are seeking qualified professional individuals to join our young team in Madrid as a business center assistant / receptionist.
Duties:
1. Assisting the Office Manager in administrative tasks and in customer relationship
2. Receptionist tasks: effectively handle continuous flow of inbound calls; greet visitors, handling with daily mail, preparing billings, scheduling meeting rooms, organizing files, attending customer’s requests, etc.
It is a full time position with possibilities for promotion and the company provides the training.
